What are the steps after we fill out the form?

Yes you can contact us at any time during our available hours to arrange your event.
Invoice & payment rules and stipulations.
After providing the necessary information to us, we will forward you an invoice, a contract to sign and the wire transfer / banking information to process your payment.
Can we make last-minute changes to the daily schedule while traveling?
Yes, last minute changes is acceptable as long as payments are made in full, after which additional payments can be made 24 hours prior to departure on St. Kitts.
Is there 24/7 on-the-ground support if an emergency or flight delay occurs?
Yes, support will be exclusively available to all guests upon request.
What are the specific deposit and cancellation deadlines for our custom vendors?
Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated program cost is required upon contract execution to secure services.
Cancellation Policy:
Written notice of cancellation must be received no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled program start date. Cancellations received within this 72-hour window will result in the forfeiture of the entire 50% deposit and may incur additional vendor fees.
Who is our primary, single point of contact during the trip?
SF Events will be your single point of contact once you are on-ground in St. Kitts.
